SHIPPING POLICY

Below are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy. 


Shipment Processing Time

  • Unframed prints are typically shipped within 4–6 working days.
  • Framed prints are usually shipped within 6-8 working days.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • These timeframes depend on the required number of revisions once your Love Map has been made.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra time for delivery. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, along with an estimated delivery time.

    • Delivery time estimates apply to the shipping time only and are in addition to the processing time listed above.
    • These estimates are guidelines and not guaranteed delivery times.
  • Please Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.


Shipping Options

For certain products and locations, we may offer standard, untracked shipping. If you select this option, please note that it is entirely at your risk, as we cannot take responsibility for products lost in transit.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information is typically activated within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. All charges incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


Damages

If your order is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us at hello@lovemap.co.nz.

  • Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be required to process a claim.

Return Policy 

At Love Map we take pride in creating personalised maps that capture your most cherished moments. Since every Love Map is custom-made just for you, we work closely with you throughout the design process to ensure your map is 100% perfect before it is printed and shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are personalised and made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your Love Map arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, we are happy to provide a replacement. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@lovemap.co.nz.

  2. Provide clear photos of the issue, including the product and packaging.

  3. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Since every Love Map is custom-made, we cannot accept cancellations or changes once your order has been approved for printing. Please review your design carefully before giving final approval.
